How can I verify that the products that I have ordered are available?
On receipt of your submitted order form, we will reply you back with a confirmation of availability of all your selected titles: this email from us IS actually the confirmation that your products are available and reserved for you (you then have 48 hours to fill-in your credit card payment form).
What should I do if I will receive products that I have not ordered or damaged products ?
You have to send an email immediately to email@example.com explaining in a clear and comprehensive way the reason of your complain. Please read Return's Policy about this matter. We will replace defected items with another copy of the very same title after you will return the damaged copy you have paid for. For titles that we have sent by mistake but you never ordered, please write an email to the same address.
What can I do if your parcel is late?
Please do not complain after 10 days after your order!! Although the post service that we use is normally quick, and the freight couriers options even quicker, some delays might happen. For sure you have to send us an email if no parcel shows up after two weeks. Send us an email with your address and order date to : firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it possible to place some changes to my order?
It is not possible to modify your order after that you have filled in your payment credit card form.
Do you have different sizes for the t-shirts and longsleeves?
No, all the listed tshirts are in the size stated near title, please dont ask for different sizes from the title, in case of order we'll ship the size stated in title.
Will the listed products be always available?
We give no such guarantee. In particular for those titles listed as Limited edition or limited stock.
How can I obtain a paper printed catalogue?
Sorry but we don't have a printed catalogue, the one and only catalogue is this site.
