‘Esoteric Warfare’ demonstrates how perfectly Teloch has captured the essence and spirit of the Norwegian legend by linking the band back to its roots, while at the same time taking a step forward into the leading position of the genre instead of dwelling in nostalgia. ‘Esoteric Warfare’ is a full-scale assault of total dark savagery, where Attila's inhumane vocals are entirely based on a concept dealing with the esoteric experimentations of the nuclear powers during the cold war.

Pressed on 180g black vinyl, this is the first official release of recordings of the classic Mayhem line-up performing in Jessheim, Norway in 1990.
Live in Jessheim concludes Peaceville’s series of the legendary band's four recorded shows. Featuring the line-up of Euronymous, Dead, Hellhammer and Necrobutcher, this is one of only a handful of recordings featuring the Norwegian Black Metal quartet during arguably their most influential period, as they forged a truly unique sound (prior to going on to almost single-handedly inspire a whole scene).
This green vinyl edition of Live in Jessheim features audio taken from a new source. The release includes an 8 page booklet containing rare photos, extensive interviews with figures such as Snorre Ruch (Thorns, ex-Mayhem) and Maniac (ex-Mayhem), plus information on the events surrounding the show (which took place on 03/02/1990 and featured timeless Mayhem tracks, including Deathcrush, Funeral Fog and Freezing Moon).
Recording completely remixed and remastered from the original master tapes on golden 12" vinyl (33 rpm) in deluxe gatefold with gold Pantone print with double sided insert with the producer's liner notes.

In 2018, "Grand Declaration of War" MAYHEM’s second album (2000) has been completely remixed and remastered by Jaime Gomez Arellano in the Orgone Studios (UK). It offers a very new approach of this cult album.
He comments on the remaster: "It was a challenging remix to do, starting with the now obsolete format it was recorded in (ADAT). […] I ended up mastering the album to analogue tape to get a bit more warmth, depth and bottom end.

Mayhem need no introduction. The lords of darkness have dug deep and reflected their influences to create a musical odyssey that shows them multifaceted in several ways. For this goal, cover versions of bands like Discharge, Dead Kennedys, Rudimentary Peni and Ramones were chosen, which in typical MAYHEM manner impressively fit into their bursting and darkenened sound. Nevertheless, MAYHEM would not be MAYHEM, if this musical creation would do without own composed songs. In addition to named cover versions, a brand new track called “Voces Ab Alta” was recorded to continue the musical journey alongside previously released tracks “Black Glass Communion” and “Everlasting Dying Flame”, which were used as bonus tracks for the 2019 album “Daemon”. While the songs would eventually appear on ‘De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas’, 'Life Eternal’ reveals how MAYHEM’s first full-length album became a foundational pillar for black metal.
These five rough mixes were recorded with original guitarist Øystein “Euronymous” Aarseth. Attila Csihar toils with different vocal takes, especially on “Pagan Fears”, which somehow sounds even more wicked than the final version. And while it was ultimately left on the cutting room floor, the pummeling drum flurry that opens this cut of “Funeral Fog” is vintage Hellhammer.
