At last the most bestial and sadistic black metal record ever created has been resurrected from the grave where it has been resting for the last 17 years. This album has wrought destruction and mayhem on all who have been subjected to it since its original release in 1990. Over five years in the making, this re-issue is intended to honor the legacy of the legendary black metal skinheads, Blasphemy, and their magnum opus Fallen Angel of Doom. In addition to paying ultimate tribute to Blasphemy, NWN! hopes to provide the definitive version of this album and allow metal fanatics all over the world the opportunity to bow their heads once more at the altar of the Ross Bay Cult

What makes this release particularly unique is the first-time inclusion of the track “Victory (Son of the Damned),” from which the rehearsal now derives its name. In fact, the track is included in two consecutive iterations, as it was played back-to-back during the session in preparation for the song’s live debut at the following Anza Club gig. Another feature of this recording is the between-song banter among the band and guests alike, including members of Black Witchery, who attended the rehearsal. Given the length of the session, the newly-mastered audio of the vinyl version comprises the first three sides of the DLP, and the fourth boasts a blasphemous etching.

 Special "Ludo Evil" edition limited to 500 copies. Housed in an oversize hardcover jacket with silver hotfoil stamping on the front and a glued-in 11-page booklet. The LP is pressed on clear blue 180g vinyl and includes a double-sided 12" x 12" cardstock insert. This edition also includes a special edition 10" labeled "Fallen Angel Of Doom Rehearsal 1990", housed in its own jacket.
