BROWSING & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS AND FUNCTIONALITY
1) ITEMS AVAILABILITY
sound-cave.com offers ALL and ONLY the items that are listed on the online store in that very moment.
The Database is constantly updated on daily basis, so what you see is what you can get in that very moment.
On the other hand, do not ask for unlisted items.
At the moment we can Not offer a reservation service on forthcoming products.
2) ORDERS EXECUTION
After you have selected the titles of your interest, you'll be asked to fill-in a proforma order-form:
note, at this stage NO Credit Card infos are requested, therefore NO charge to you is made.
This form will be forwarded to our Customer Assistance.
You will shortly get back an email from us, with a final confirmation that the titles you ordered are
all available and the total amount of your order comprising postage costs.
Here you still have the chance to add a title or replace a last-hour missing item.
If everything is ok instead, on receipt of our confirmation mail, you shall get also a link to our secure payment
gateway: from this moment, you will access a safe bank site where to fill in your Credit Card information. IMPORTANT: THESE CREDIT CARD INFOS IS NOT FORWARDED TO US.
There is no need for you to browse again titles and add to cartel: just get-in,
fill your VISA information with the total amount we have calculated for you.
We keep your order obviously and will be noticed by our bank when the international Visa network will give
the ok on your Credit Card.
3) PAYMENT TIMING
You have 2 days to confirm your order by filling the payment / credit card form since the receipt of the
confirmation mail from us. After 48 hours we will consider your pre-order has cancelled.
Since you have filled-in your information in the payment gateway, the bank will take a few minutes
to send us confirmation of your payment execution, and we shall ship your order the morning after.
4) SHIPPING METHODS and CHARGES
All order are shipped by PRIORITY MAIL. This is a worldwide service given by
the Post system. It is the cheapest way to ship your order, and it prooved
to be a VERY FAST and reliable one (3-5 days in Europe, 7/10 days rest of
the world). FREE SHIPPING:
When your order's amount is more than 150.00 euro, shipping will be free,
if your order is more than 320 euro you have free shipping and 20 euro of free stuff of your choice

All prices are stated in EUROS. People living outside of E.E.C. countries

6) RETURNS
Sound-cave.com accept no returns on paid and sent products, unless these are
defected or damaged. In any case, we won't refund any money but send another
copy of the same item. Please understand that we can not accept returns for
material that you don't like or have bought in mistake. If you need to

7) BANNED COUNTRIES
Due to a bunch of jerks, we no more accept (and will not process) any orders

How can I verify that the products that I have ordered are available?
On receipt of your submitted order form, we will reply you back with a
confirmation of availability of all your selected titles: this email from us
IS actually the confirmation that your products are available and reserved
for you (you then have 48 hours to fill-in your credit card payment form).
What should I do if I will receive products that I have not ordered or
damaged products ?
You have to send an email immediately to orders@sound-cave.com
explaining in a clear and comprehensive way the reason of your complain. Please read
Return's Policy about this matter. We will replace defected items with
another copy of the very same title after you will return the damaged copy
you have paid for. For titles that we have sent by mistake but you never
ordered, please write an email to the same address.
How can I obtain a paper printed catalogue?
Sorry but we don't have a printed catalogue, the one and only catalogue is this site.
What can I do if your parcel is late?
Please do not complain after 10 days after your order!! Although the post
service that we use is normally quick, and the freight couriers options even
quicker, some delays might happen. For sure you have to send us an email if
no parcel shows up after two weeks. Send us an email with your address and

Is it possible to place some changes to my order?
It is not possible to modify your order after that you have filled in your
payment credit card form.
Do you have different sizes for the t-shirts and longsleeves?
No, all the listed tshirts are XL only. The only diverse size if for
girlie/skinny shirts, which are medium.
Will the listed products be always available?
We give no such guarantee. In particular for those titles listed as Limited
edition or limited stock.

di cui avete qualche dubbio. Questo infatti non è un servizio chat nè tantomeno un'assistenza soggettiva
per i vostri acquisti. Siamo ovviamente ben disposti a davi brevi consulenze (solo per telefono) se avete
qualche dubbio per un acquisto ma non chiedeteci l'impossibile...

2) NAVIGAZIONE

Non preoccupatevi, fino a questo punto nessuno vi richiedera' di inserire i
dati della vostra carta di credito. Infatto solo in ricezione del nostro
email di conferma d'ordine, se avete scelto pagamento con carta di credito
vi sara' inviato il link a cui connettervi in maniera segreta e sicura
(servizio a cura di BANCA SELLA) per inserire i dati della vostra carta.
3) SPEDIZIONI
A mezzo pacco postale Poste Italiane Pacco Raccomandato per i pacchi in contrassegno,
a mezzo posta prioritaria se l'ordine è pagato in anticipo
SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE GRATUITE: Quando l'ammontare in merce del vostro ordine supera i 150.00 Euro,
le spese postali sono gratuite.
Se il vostro ordine è superiore ai 300.00 Euro, oltre alle spese di spedizione gratuite avete altri
20.00 euro di merce gratuite.
La tessera fedeltà del mailorder non ha più validità.
PACCHI RIFIUTATI OPPURE NON RITIRATI
Se per qualsiasi motivo non ritirerete un pacco in contrassegno non potrete più ordnare in contrassegno
ma solo pagando in anticipo, inoltre al momento del primo ordine in contrassegno vi verranno addebitate

L'ordine non è piu' modificabile dal momento in cui avete compilato il

NO, tutte le Tshirts (siano esse manica lunga o corta o felpe) sono in taglia
XL, tranne quelle specifiche per ragazza, segnalate.
I titoli saranno sempre disponibili?
NO non esiste garanzia che un titolo sara' disponibile ad infinito.
Soprattutto edizioni speciali, limitate: consigliamo vivamente l'ordine
