34 years after its original release on tape in 1991, this revered recording that put UNANIMATED on the map to become one of Sweden`s greatest melodic Black/Death Metal bands alongside NECROPHOBIC and DISSECTION, will eventually get its well-deserved stand-alone release on 12″ vinyl.

“Victory in Blood” is the band's first studio album in over 10 years and offers fresh material for the first time after the highly acclaimed 2018 EP "Annihilation". The new longplayer can be counted as another milestone in the long band history of UNANIMATED and proves that they are still true masters of Nordic Black/Death Metal with insane melodies! The truly incredible artwork and layout was handled by none other than Daniele Valeriani (Mayhem, Triptykon, Behemoth, Dissection, etc. – just to name a few). The vinyl version comes in a Ltd. Gatefold 180g. 2LP, with an Etching on Side D, Art Print and 12-page LP-Booklet. This exclusive vinyl edition also includes a cover version of Brazilian metal legends Sarcofargo, which will be only available on this format. The CD version comes as a 6-panel Pocket Pac eco-friendly enclosure with 12-page CD-Booklet. Also available as digital album.

The album was produced by Tore Stjerna (Watain, Mayhem, Tribulation). It features guest musicians such as Sebastian Ramstedt (Necrophobic, Ex-Nifelheim), Erik Wallin (Merciless) and Set Teitan (Ex-Dissection, Ex-Watain) and the layout was created by Erik Danielsson (Watain), a long time fan and close friend of the band. The 180gr LP contains an unreleased bonus track: a re-recorded version of the song “Blackness of the Fallen Star” which had originally appeared on their debut album “In The Forest Of The Dreaming Dead” (1993). Furthermore the LP features a gatefold sleeve and a 4page booklet containing the lyrics as well as liner notes by Chris Dick (Decibel Magazine, US) based on an interview with bass player and songwriter Richard Cabeza he conducted in 2019.
