Furia, a post black metal influence act out of Poland. Very refreshing sound, and a good blend of black metal, dark ambient, and sometimes folkish interludes. Not normally my cup of tea but these guys seemingly do experimental well and still keep it interesting. It says the lyrics are depressive and misanthropic but I am not sure as it is all written in Polish language. Never the less I think fans of more innovative acts that stem closely to the black metal sound will enjoy this thoroughly.

Following the monumental release of Nocel two years ago, Poland’s influential act Furia return with their fifth full-length, Ksiezyc milczy luty(roughly translates to “Moon Silent Severe”). The album is scheduled for release on 14 November 2016 via Pagan Records and contains six brand new tracks.
Those familiar with the sounds which Furia create will not be disappointed with Ksiezyc milczy luty. The album continues the band’s trademark “Nekrofolk” sound; however, the lyrical theme takes us to the moon this time. Anyone who claims that black metal may have lost its charm of originality should listen to Furia.
CD version of Furia's two experimental, improvised mini-albums. “Stara Polska Księżycowa”, contains two brand new tracks; while the second part, “Ubrdy cz. 1”, showcases three improvised tracks. Both parts recorded entirety live, 320 metres underground in old coal mine Guido in Zabrze, PL on April 16th, 2016. Jewelcase.
