Mortifero brings more ballads of woe and despair in The Baleful Tales where hymns to witches and seers of old are sung with ecstatic glee.

Expanding on the formula of haunting vocals and guitars are added layers of mysticism and instruments concocting a magickal formula to ascend corporal reality. Keeping in with the tradition of folk songs of old stories of life cut short are sung as cautionary tales.
Indeed death is celebrated in all forms, tragic, visceral, subtle but always as a great liberating force. Dress in rags, kneel before the goat and join in the soundtrack for the sabbath
