Third full-length album from one-man Scottish Atmospheric Celtic Metal
project Saor.
Recorded over two years in Cairndow and the Isle of Skye, the new release contains five majestic new tracks
with a playing time of just under an hour. Musically it carries on where "Aura" left off, weaving together
intelligently-crafted guitar riffs, soaring folk melodies and stirring string sections, taking you on a journey
throughout the majestic, mist-covered Highland landscapes.
As well as being inspired by nature, the album takes influence from various traditional Scottish poems
which cover a range of themes such as ancient battles, cultural heritage and sorrow.

Australia's Earthshine are another brilliant newcomer to the realm that can be roughly circumscribed as Atmospheric Black Metal, a subgenre that has existed since the 90s and seen tremendous growth in the last few years. As a matter of fact, Earthshine's music has that distinctive mid-90s vibe to it, as if the album was recorded 20 years ago and has remained a well-kept secret until now. In fact, when we first heard it, it reminded us of Tumulus' great "Hymns and Dirges" demo from 1994 as well as some Death/Doom classics from that era. Thankfully, the album is of newer vintage (recorded during 2014/15) and the band is already working on the next one.

ROSS VAULT’s second full length, after their critically acclaimed 2014 debut “Spectres of revocable loss”, bears the title „The All-consuming”. It is a five track album revolving once again around classical subjects of revocable and irrevocable loss, the magnitude of heart and the depth of crippling sorrow.
On “The All-consuming”, Cross Vault moved away from the eerie and echoing sound of the debut and evolved toward a more natural and clear production, with N.‘s vocals coming across a lot more direct and heartfelt, while M.‘s guitar work has become significantly more playful, presenting a rich variety of highly melancholic lead harmonies as well as extensive acoustic passages. On this album, the band is completed by drummer B., adding further layers of refinement and professionalism to the traditional Cross Vault soundscape.

HORN's seventh studio album revolves around pieces of literature and songs hailing from or directed to the trenches of the world wars.
Thematically, it is one of the most intense albums in the Horn context. Stylistically, the songs take a step back in the project's history, relying heavily on multiple overlaying guitar structures, probably most reminiscent of the “Naturkraft” (2005) setting.
