Debut from the 4-piece, Floridian muck dwellers Gnosis. Despite touches of Norwegian blackness this is pretty old school sounding shit with many nods to the classics. There’s no overproduction hanging on the meathook in Gnosis’ butcher shack.
You get a bit of Obituary and Morbid Angel’s rampant brutality burl, the thick and mid-paced doom undertones of Incantation and Vore with a little sprinkling of Slayer. Despite blasts, double-bass and a pretty retching vocalist these guys are hardly the fastest and most technical lot to throw down.

The EP will feature two exclusive, twisted-death-black metal tracks, mixed at Vamacara Studio (Order of Apollyon, the 135, Khaos Dei).
Commented by the band: "Chaotic and weak lives, from ashes to ashes, from dust to dust. What appeared so intense and bright soon fades away into oblivion and bitter haze. Human fears this black hole beyond us sucking our lives… There is a way to win, as She did. To give a life a meaning, by following a direction. This direction is Lower. It requires madness, by losing sanity key. With a new strength to overcome death. Through Sacrifice".

Germ is currently the main sphere of activity for Tim Yatras (once Woods Of Desolation, Austere, Grey Waters and more). With his releases so far - "Wish", "Loss" (both 2012) and "Grief" (2013) -, he established a unique style that he fittingly described as "Experimental Depressive Black Music" - a sonic construct with a foundation of Depressive Black Metal, augmented by electronic elements and almost poppy accessibility.
With "Escape", the artist hands in his much-anticipated fourth record, the arguably darkest in his discography so far. Decisively autobiographical, it tackles a feeling of both internal and external imprisonment which strongly influenced Yatras during songwriting.
Originating from Greece as a one-man project, Nipenthis has evolved into full quintet over time putting forth just a single EP and split release during the better part of a decade but never ceasing to hone their craft via live performances. Now prepared to unleash their first full length, One With the Void displays their skill via a traditional brand of black metal dripping with poisonous venom. Recorded at Devasoundz studios and mixed/mastered in Descent studios by Dionysis Dimitrakos, the eight tracks will quench the thirst of the black metal purist who sips on the nectar of an evil darkness.
Spewing forth seven sulphur soaked tracks of blackened death metal, Poland's Ezkaton seek to extinguish light through a war of triumphant darkness. Exorcising past demons of death metal traditions and fusing them with the blasphemy of a black metal underbelly, A.A.A. is pure obsidian hostility.

Trascend through the centuries and embrace Plateau Sigma' tribute to ancient gods and mythology.
A recall and interpretation in “doom-metal/dark-wave” key of the rituality, the solemnity, the sensuality of the propitiatory rites of War, Death and Love in the ancient Greek-Roman cultures.
To be released on the Ides of March (March 15) on digipack CD with booklet curated by Francesco Gemelli.

Entropy" is the follow up to the 2014 album "Esoteric" and features a more polished sound and explores similar philosophical themes. The first 4 tracks take the listener into very dark territory with brief moments of peace and beauty while the last 4 tracks take the listener through beauty with moments of darkness into an ultimate silence. The songs play seamlessly as one piece of music but are split for accessibility.

The band's odd choice of the moniker REVERIE speaks volumes about their singular, idiosyncratic songcraft, and the title Bliss even more so. Far from "tech" death metal and yet also realms removed from "epic metal" cliche, the nine songs across Bliss burst into being and then billow into myriad, mesmerizing shapes.
Blackdeath is chanting the apocalypse which befalls everywhere through possessed black metal. On this black 7" are three re-recorded classic tracks, this time with full lineup and more current sound. Though no less possessed sounding! Besides the three wellknown tracks, Blackdeath covers Laibach. 15 minutes of apocalyptic black metal, comes with a big 21x7" foldout cover with big drawing by Polar Maya.

*DESTRÖYER 666 *have no need to prove anything. The band originally starting out as a solo project of BESTIAL WARLUST guitarist KK in Australia in 1994 has already delivered four highly acclaimed and influential albums that cemented their excellent reputation within the metal scene. Now 'Wildfire' makes a complete fist that goes straight into your face. These new heavy hymns are made of the essence of metal. There is no “-core”, no “post-“, no bullshit on this album – just great hard hitting song. Each track is hammered out rough and gritty, yet at the same time they all are intelligently arranged and massive in sound. The term "old school" applies to a point, but without any clinging to simple nostalgia. *DESTRÖYER 666* have nothing in common with a bunch of kids trying to emulate the eighties, but live and breathe metal since that golden age of hard music. The band around mastermind KK unleashes 'Wildfire' with burning tracks that will hunt you down like a pack of fiery wolves. *DESTRÖYER 666* deliver metal at its best – made powerful by an unbroken and unrelenting spirit.
