REVEL IN FLESH was formed by Haubersson (Ex-IMMORTAL RITES) in late 2011. The debut album “Deathevokation” was recorded as a duo with long-time comrade Maggesson (DAWN OF DREAMS, APOPHIS etc.) and was highly acclaimed within the underground scene. The album was produced and mixed in Maggesson's VAULT M. Studios and mastered at UNISOUND Studios by Dan Swanö (EDGE OF SANITY, BLOODBATH etc.). From that point Dan Swanö was involved in all productions of the band so far. Another really important person regarding the visual presentation of the band has been the rising Spanish cover artist Juanjo Castellano, who has been responsible for all album covers, several T-Shirt designs and illustrations thus far. In spring 2012 the band grew into a full force live band when Vögtsson (Ex- CHAOSREIGN, GRAVEN etc.) on Drums and the two Ex-DEATHVASTATION youngsters Herrmannsgard (Guitars) and Götzberg (Bass) joined. In May 2012 they played their very first show with PAGANIZER from Sweden. The already 3rd gig for REVEL IN FLESH took place on the tent stage of PARTY.SAN Festival and support shows for bands like EVOCATION, DEAD, FLESHCRAWL, BRUJERIA plus a gig at the NOCTURNUS-Festival followed.

ULTHA's second full-length album 'CONVERGING SINS' is a 63 minute rumination on the subject matter of how past events and wrong decisions will echo throughout the rest of our mortal existance.
Over years experiences of failure and the conscious ability to willingly commit mistakes, to hurt, to reject,
to alternate truths etc. lead to a path where silence in and around you is the ultimate repercussion. The
record is a testimony to everyday melancholia, inner solitude and the human struggle to lead the wrong life in the right, the struggle against your animalistic nature.

CD Digisleeve "Sentimentale"
One has to be a decided connoisseur of alternative music culture to associate the title "Sentimentale Jugend" (sentimental youth) with the short-lived experimental noise act of the same name, founded by Alexander Hacke (Einstürzende Neubauten) and his then significant other Christiane Flescherinow (also known as Christiane F. from the bestselling non-fiction book "We Children From Bahnhof Zoo") in the early 1980s. However, it is for a reason that Italian indie rock flagship Klimt 1918 names its latest double album after this footnote of pop history, namely a conscious hint at the underlying mood of the songs.

"Sentimentale Jugend" captures West Berlin in its pulsating, nihilistic glory during the late 70s - just as David Bowie did with his Berlin Trilogy of the albums "Low", "Heroes" and "Lodger" - and processes notions from Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck's award-winning movie "The Lives Of Others", be it the foggy winter atmosphere in East Berlin during the early 80s or the female protagonist's melancholy.
