Back in stock - Extreme Metal and Dark music
Collector's Edition in 8-panel Digipack, limited to 1000 copies.
Created and shaped alongside the recordings of Los Males del Mundo, Nekyros was born from the need for a more direct, raw, and aggressive form of expression, its intensity gave it a life of its own, establishing it as an independent entity while remaining tied to the same creative force. The project features the same lineup as Los Males del Mundo, further strengthening the bond between both projects while presenting a unique artistic identity.
Depressive Black Metal outfit Ghost Bath return from touring Europe and North America in support of Starmourner (2017) and the vice-like grip of the pandemic with striking new album, Self Loather. In many ways, Self Loather, the group’s 4th album, represents Ghost Bath’s forward trajectory (musical) and continued exploration of antipathy of the self (lyrical), but unlike any album before it and as the final piece in the Moonlover-Starmourner-Self Loather triptych, it’s the group’s most destructive yet contemplative record to date. While that might have something to do with everyone contributing - though founding member Dennis Mikula remains the visionary core - the unquestionable allure of Self Loather is its songs. From the raw strength of opening track “Convince Me to Bleed” and the melancholy of the strings/piano-driven “Sanguine Mask” to the grandiose horror of “Hide from the Sun” and the slow-burn groove of “Unbearable,” this is Ghost Bath at their creative best
Collector's Edition in 4-panel Digipack with 8-page booklet, limited to 500 copies.
'Kingdom of Misery' is a reflection of the world we live in today.
A world drowning in fear, agony, suffering and decay.
A society imprisoned by the deception of their own minds.
Consumed by the falseness of one's own egotistical agenda.
We watch hopelessly as our planet deteriorates before our eyes.
The heathens of Kampfar give us yet another black metal masterpiece, following up the success of Mare and Djevelmakt.
Jewelcase.
2018 re-release in black gatefold vinyl by AOP Records.
Artworks are done from the original photo used on the highly limited digipack from 2012
