Sweden's MARDUK are not only one of the most long running and respected black metal acts out there, but also one of the most productive. Even fourteen albums into their storied career, the quartet have never ever delivered a weak album and never wavered from their path of utter blasphemy and misanthropic contempt. 2004's “Plague Angel” was the first release featuring current vocalist Mortuus (Funeral Mist, Triumphator) who played a pivotal role in MARDUK's reinvigoration after the departure of previous singer Legion. He brought a new level of vocal and lyrical intensity plus a frightening stage presence into the game catapulting the group to new heights. Now, it will finally be made available! And so it was told that in the seventeenth year, things that were thought to be dead begun to stir again in the earth, as if awoken by the stench of man-fear penetrating deep beyond the reach of sunlight. Reanimated by some nameless and cursed source of vitality they say it has begun pouring and trickling from the dark crevices of the North, like an ancient curse into the veins of the world. And with the same fearful fascination that we behold something full of life being robbed of it's vitality and pulse, we shall now bear witness to that which ought to be forever dead but by unnatural impulse and eager invocation is again given life, to haunt and to stalk the night of the world.

"Aftermath" is the debut album of Skyforest, the Russian solo-project which rose from the ashes of Annorkoth. Originally released in 2014, it is now for the first time ever available on vinyl.

The year is 1997, the deviant trinity is made up of Equitant, Proscriptor and Shaftiel and therefore, the recording is called The Third Storm Of Cythrául. Osmose Productions is pleased to revive Absu's third, most blackened thrash record to date. Originally released in 1997, this repressing is exposed as the “2013 Alternate Stereo Mix Edition,” which was remixed by both Proscriptor and J.T. Longoria (King Diamond, Solitude Aeternus, Etc.) to audibly translate the album's production as the band originally intended. Featuring the original cover artwork by Kris Verwimp and gatefold layout with liner notes, one shall lick the blade…whip with wrath…for swords and leather! (Full-color poster included).
