Now legendary "The Taste of Victory" EP was released back in 2003 in order to relieve the expectation of new full-length record by the band. It contains three songs that later were included in "Weltanschauung" album (here in special mix) and "As the Steel Eagle into Golden Svarga", exclusive epic composition that was recorded before with intention to become the part of split release with Wojnar which never happened. 43 minutes of Ukrainian Heathen Metal Art at its best, remastered specially for vinyl.

Unlike many bands which when they find a good melody repeat it over and over, Nokturnal Mortum use a skill of subtly varying the melody to create a progress of change and then after a while return to the initial melody. Brilliant keyboard work and the vocals are done just right. Return Of The Vampire Lord, one of the best black metal songs ever recorded ! Includes Death SS, Burzum & Graveland cover songs.
Re-issue, CD booklet 8 page stapled with PMS print, re-mastered specially for CD.
Twighlightfall is an album that should not be overlooked by anyone who appreciates some good metal even if it's not completely clear exactly what genre Twilightfall falls into.
Nokturnal Mortum will probably never make an album like this again, so it's a classic in its own right. There's enough here to last for many listens and more. Even better, the demo was re-released in a full-length album remastered in 2005, but was out of print for a decade under CD format !
"Nechrist" is probably the most peculiar record in Nokturnal Mortum's catalogue, simply because it's different from anything else they've done.
This is by far their angriest, fastest, darkest and most aggressive record, and as such it's often labelled as "messy" or "chaotic": while it might result a bit difficult to digest during the first listens, "Nechrist" is a grower, and its beauty will slowly unfold to the listener each time he comes back to it.
The album's production is quite raw, making a bit difficult to distinguish the fastest guitar patterns at times; the riffs generally consist in the traditional black metal tremolo picked frenzy, although slower sections are obviously present, with some interesting bridges here and there (the "breakdown" found at the end of "Night Before the Fight" is simply amazing).
The bass isn't always audible, but where you can hear it you can say its patterns are definitely interesting.
The drumming is astonishing, a real storm of blast beats and relentless double bass drumming, thus confirming Munruthel as the most technical drummer this band has ever laid its hands on.
Re-issue with the complete updated layout, remastered by the band itself, the most angry and furious album of the band.
Verity is the 2017 full-length album by Ukrainian pagan/symphonic black metal band Nokturnal Mortum, released eight years after their previous studio record and noted for its rich blend of atmospheric metal and Slavic folk influences. Drawing deeply on traditional instruments like sopilka (flute), bandura, dulcimer and evocative keyboards, Verity immerses the listener in epic, nature-steeped soundscapes that evoke ancient myths and the harsh beauty of the homeland.
The album weaves aggressive black metal elements with chant-like choral passages and folkloric melodies, creating a unique and expansive journey that balances ferocity with introspective, pagan atmospheres.
Reissued now on CD jewelcase, with 36 page booklet, sealed.
