Chris Reifert, Danny Coralles, Eric Cutler e Joe Trevisano hanno partorito un mostro di brutale e violento DEATH METAL, suonato nello stile ormai affermato del gruppo, con voce malatissima, riff oscuri, velocità improvvisa e rallentamenti pesantissimi.
La copertina è stata realizzata da Joe Petagno (Motörhead, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin).
