triple CD reissue - remixed and remastered
The legendary 1995 debut album “For All Tid” from the Norwegian masters of symphonic black metal DIMMU BORGIR finally, after more than 20 years, again available on limited (333) music cassette.
Originally released by german underground label No Colours Records on limited vinyl and cd, this unique album marks the first step (and for many the best one the band ever did) for a band which will soon take the world by storm.
True norwegian black metal from the 90s not remastered, without bonus songs and in its original layout.
The third and most important album in the history of the norwegian masters of symphonic black metal DIMMU BORGIR finally, after more than 20 years, again available on limited (333) music cassette.
Released in 1997 by german label Nuclear Blast Records, this now iconic album marks the worldwide commercial breakthrough of the band and black metal in general.
Loved as hated by many there is no doubt that this album is one of the most important in the history of norwegian black metal…
Here we have a neat 3x cassette box set from DIMMU BORGIR. Found this via a Czech distro, apparently they were made a few years back. Features 3 tapes, first is the February '94 Rehearsal Demo, 2nd is the August '94 Rehearsal Demo and the 3rd is the "inn i Evighetens Morke" 7" EP in cassette form. This is the glory days of this band, musically speaking, for me personally. The two demos have awesome recordings of the "For All Tid" material, and the debut 7" is classic and known from being included as bonus tracks on many of the 'For All Tid' reissues via Nuclear Blast. I have to assume that this box set here is unofficial, but it sure is cool. Definitely a must-have for any old school Dimmu Borgir fan.
Black vinyl + 7" E.P. in gatefold cover.
ReRelease of DIMMU BORGIR's rerecorded version of "Stormblast"
Digipack
Eerie shadows are lurking in the dark corners of spring 2018; the spirit that denies, a force able to distort our conception of space and time. Over seven years, deathlike silence has filled the halls of the world’s biggest black metal forge, DIMMU BORGIR, whilst powers have been gathering to resurrect the band right in time for their 25th anniversary. Now they finally mark their return with a vicious work of art that can be defined as timeless in the truest sense of the word: »Eonian«.
