Drought is an entity spawned to channel its creators’ creative energy in a black metal form. The Tantric concept has been adopted to transform this energy into a tale of upheaval and elevation, using fire as a metaphor to celebrate spiritual transformation through cleansing, drawing purity from impurity. After a promising debut EP Drought fell into several years of silence, from which they will finally rise this spring to unleash their first full-length album, Trimurti.

As a Lotus grows from the swamp, enlightenment comes from improvement and regeneration. In Trimurti this theme is reprised from the previous ep Rudra Bhakti (2016, also on Avantgarde Music) and deepened, generating three suites - each explaining one of the three phases of this spiritual turmoil, as well as the three phases of Pranayama, and overall, the three phases of evolution: awareness - transformation - elevation. Nine tracks divided into three conceptual segments - this new opus develops and brings forth the tantric concept of the previous release, articulating it into a full spiritual blast of extreme music.

When asked to introduce the album, Drought said: “Trimurti represents the tantric chemistry of our creative energies and the ones kept within the sea, the mountains and the woods which surround us, channeled into music to celebrate the eternal life hidden in this world and in the ones behind it”.

Trimurti will be out on cd and lp (regular and limited) on May 15th / 22nd  

The cycle of life and nature is a precious and wondrous thing. We are born. We learn. We live. We die. And after death, another life awaits. When the world succumbs to the cold and dark grasp of winter, the promise of a spring birthing everything anew keeps hope alive. Such is the journey we make, and such is the lifespan of "Faþir". Heaving, pulsating, filled with contrasts. Ardent hostility and fiery revenge, blossoming life and lush fertility, soul-wrenching grief and deep anguish. Such is the path we walk, under the guidance of the deities. The helping hand of a father. The nurturing wisdom in times of need. But, sometimes, a treacherous god who leads us into death and despair - albeit always with an underlying purpose. Such is "Faþir".

With eloquence, elegance and emotion, L. Swärd has created another monolith of sublime art to add to Forndom's impeccable discography. This highly awaited follow-up to 2016's "Dauðra Dura" is nothing short of a modern masterpiece, rooted in ancient ways. The expressive vocals and strings soar on top of a foundation of unyielding drums, like spirits dancing in the skies yet connected to the human pulse. Never surrendering the strong connection to our mortal world, there is a deeply sacred dimension to "Faþir". A glimpse of the divine, seen through a lens of devotion and veracity. The joining of death and life, if you will.

The thick atmospheres and vast inner landscapes Forndom creates are more prevalent than ever, and from the first trembling string introduction of "Jakten" to the last wistful beat of "Hemkomst", one is transported to another time, another place, and another mindset, leaving behind the calamity, stress and superficiality of the modern world and finding anew the lost wisdom hidden by the veil of years passed.

ENEPSIGOS was started in 2016 by V.I.T.H.R and Thorns, at the time to be a studio Project. Shortly after Straff joined on guitars, and they began writing and recording their debut album "Plague Of Plagues".
The album was well received in the underground, but the band itself felt they hadn`t really established what was to be ENEPSIGOS. After the album the band parted ways With Straff, which was replaced by Rituul. Immediately they started working on their sophomore album, now to manifest what ENEPSIGOS really is, and shall be. Dark, disgusting,twisted,ritualistic and violent.
With intro and interludes by Alexander Wolf and V.I.T.H.R, vocals,guitars and bass for "Wrath Of Wraths" were recorded at the Bergegarda Studios in Norway, whilst drums were recorded at the Beastcave Studios in Italy. Mixed and mastered by Tore Stjerna at the Necromorbus Studios in Sweden, and with artwork by Benjamin Vierling and additional inlay artwork by Nestor Avalos.
