Released at the dawn of 2020 on CD format, Zmierzch Stalowej Ciemności was VERMISST's first, fuller-length strike since their formation in 2018. Despite being a relatively new entity, the band's sound is undoubtedly OLD, hailing the old gods of their Polish homeland's rich black metal heritage. Cryogenically cold, unremittingly grim, shrouded in a mysticism rich in ancient splendor, VERMISST are thoroughly mid '90s Polish black metal for a modern world too long neglectful of the Old Ways. Pure and proud, Zmierzch Stalowej Ciemności is poignant proof that classicism endures no matter the decade, and that ever-so-subtle twists on tradition can result in resoundingly "new" manifestations worthy of that noble lineage.
Now, courtesy of fans-from-the-beginning SIGNAL REX, VERMISST's Zmierzch Stalowej Ciemności is being released on vinyl format for the first time ever, with three exclusive (and righteously raw) tracks expanding the release to 40 minutes in length.
Regular black vinyl in heavy gatefold sleeves, with gold hot stamping and black-flooded reverse side print. Comes with 12" 8 pages booklet with lyrics.
"Saint Desecration" is a new extreme illumination revealed by Azarath at the altar of blackened death metal. Unrepentant and provocative to the core, the album is set to astound the connoisseurs of sonic terror.
The album was recorded and mixed at Tall Pine Records with Haldor Grundberg (Satanic Audio) at helm and mastered at Audiosiege Studio by Brad Boatright. The cover artwork was painted by Marta Promińska of Hypnagogic Painting. Aleksander Ikaniewicz shot new band photos.
Azarath crept from the shadows over two decades ago and is often described as a demonic mutation of Krisiun, Behemoth and Immolation. Co-founded by sole original member & drummer Inferno (of Behemoth fame), the group comprises long-running guitarist Bart (Damnation, Armagedon), long-time bassist Peter (ex-Lost Soul) and new vocalist Skullripper (Embrional).

"World Domination" is a gateway to old and new Demonical. The band's sixth album marks the debut for vocalist Christofer Sätderdal and the return for original drummer Ronnie Bergerstål (2006-2011, 2019-present). There are no major changes to the band's proven formula of brutal, melodic and insolently Swedish death metal. "World Domination" picks up where 2018's "Chaos Manifesto" left off, with a touch of extra dynamics and vibrancy that enrich the band's sound.
