6th album from 2026 by Swedish MEGASCAVENGER, the long-running project led by the ever-prolific Rogga Johansson, one of the most respected and productive figures in European Death Metal. Staying true to his passion for filthy old-school Death Metal, "Toxic Noxious Undeath" delivers another crushing dose of rotten riffs, morbid atmospheres and sinister melodies rooted firmly in the classic Scandinavian tradition, while taking the concept a step further through an exceptionally ambitious guest lineup.
Debut album from 2026 by Bulgaria's NECROMONGER and a true celebration of the foulest and most primitive early 1990s Death Metal. Featuring musicians from projects such as FECAL BODY INCORPORATED and COCKLUSH, the band embraces a vision deeply rooted in the genre's origins, rejecting modern trends in favor of the darkest and most repulsive sounds of the extreme underground.
Album consisting entirely of 11 covers of Scandinavian Death Metal bands from the early 1990s, originating from Norway, Sweden and Finland. AVULSED resurrect here songs originally released on demos and EPs by genuine cult bands which, in some cases, never even managed to release a full-length album, yet still helped shape the original sound of Scandinavian Death Metal. Among the bands covered are FUNEBRE, CARBONIZED, OLD FUNERAL, ABHOTH, PHLEGETHON, CREMATORY, CARTILAGE and MACABRE END (pre-GOD MACABRE), among others.
Released in 2025 as a limited 2-CD edition of only 500 copies, this collection preserves the legacy of DROWNED PRODUCTIONS, the label that would later evolve into REPULSE RECORDS and XTREEM MUSIC. This comprehensive release gathers all 13 seven-inch EPs issued between 1991 and 1993, complemented by an extensive booklet featuring liner notes from the label's founder, along with the original artwork and inserts from every release
This is a genuine journey through the elite of the early 1990s Death Metal underground, featuring essential representatives from the Finnish, Swedish, American, French and Spanish scenes. An indispensable release for collectors and devotees of dark, atmospheric and primitive Death Metal, documenting one of the most exciting periods in extreme underground history.

Norwegian progressive black metal stars Enslaved are back with their 17th studio album, 'Mið', which showcases a band that is constantly taking on new challenges and evolving. From the multi-layered beauty of “Tales of Trees” to the devastating, Gojira-esque twist in “Mountain” to the sheer power of “I Am Ice”, 'Mið' is a focused and intense opus that underscores the Spellemannprisen-winning band’s exceptional status in today’s metal scene.
Deep within the dark realm of Runemagick’s pagan death-doom, After Chaos: Nocturnal Vigil ventures beyond the ruins of chaos through eight interconnected compositions suspended between stillness, dissolution and transformation. The album blends death/doom metal, ritualistic atmospheres, meditative passages and cosmic depths, exploring themes of rune magic, animism and the continuity of existence.
Entirely composed and performed by Nicklas Rudolfsson, the album also features vocals by Dísa Draugurinn, whose shamanic invocations further enhance its immersive dimension.
With Ørlog, SKÁLD bring ancient Nordic traditions back to life through ten compositions inspired by skaldic poetry and Norse mythology. The French trio creates an immersive and atmospheric form of folk music using Nordic fiddles, harps, lyres, horns, flutes and various traditional instruments, complemented by three lead vocalists and elaborate vocal arrangements.
The album explores shamanic prophecies, mythological figures and ancestral tales, moving between solemn passages and more delicate melodies before reaching the ominous atmosphere of its finale. Ørlog thus becomes a journey through memory, fate and origins.
