After 5 years since the last record being released KULT strikes back with the new full-length album bearing the name “The Eternal Darkness I Adore”.
The album is the most obscure thing spawned by the band so far, gathering overwhelming atmospheres and straight-to-face riffing the release creeps into the dark trail of its nine tracks.
The total playtime of 44 min. will aim to drag you into the depths of this album, where sorrow fuels the torch of hatred, damnation is true and darkness being adored.
Limited Edition 12" Vinyl with insert Spinner effect Orange and white
Limited to 150 copies
"The viking metal skald, Burden of Ymir, has returned with a renewed sense of ferocity and a tale of myth, magick, and struggle on the epic sixth full-length album, The Long Winter."
For fans of ALCEST, SIGUR ROS, LIFELOVER
TASSI is back with its six opus, always delving in the most emotional blackgaze music.
TASSI is a project born from the mind of Chinese artist Dryad, also known for his work under 虚极 Bliss-Illusion. Through this creation, Dryad gives life to TASSI, a bard wandering between heaven and man, whose esoteric and mystical journey revolves around the search for his lost love, Uni — the embodiment of his unwavering faith.
TASSI travels through time and surreal dimensions — romantic, divine, broken, or mad. Uni has transcended the sky and humanity itself, becoming a symbol of absolute love and spiritual devotion. This metaphysical odyssey unfolds as an intimate, nearly initiatory quest, where music becomes the language of the soul.
The upcoming album “Idamon Novasah-Liva” stands as a parallel branch — or sister series — to the Northland saga, forming what Dryad calls “The Chronicle of Strange Thoughts”. This new chapter delves into a more introspective and melancholic emotional layer of TASSI — a kind of inner double or alternate self.
Musically, "Idamon Novasah-Liva" embraces a depressive / blackgaze / post-black metal aesthetic, rich in sorrowful textures, meditative riffs, and deeply personal lyrics. The voice moves between prayer and lament, echoing through ethereal soundscapes and cathartic darkness.
All Western artworks for the project — including this release — are the work of Alcide Nathanaël, a visual artist from the esoteric and spiritual world, far removed from traditional metal imagery. His contribution brings an otherworldly and symbolic dimension to TASSI’s universe, perfectly aligned with its mystical essence.
With "Neopolis", LIGHTS OF VIMANA craft a deeply cinematic and textural sound that diverges from the members' heavier roots, instead weaving together influences from Hans Zimmer, Porcupine Tree, and My Dying Bride. The result is a sonic tapestry that is both immersive and emotionally stirring. Déhà’s predominantly clean, expressive vocals lend a raw, human element to the album’s brooding, futuristic soundscapes, while Conforti’s ambient synth layers and Lewis’s expansive riffs create a dynamic interplay of beauty and desolation.
The album paints a vivid portrait of a dystopian world - cold, vast, and haunting - where shimmering atmospheres meet the crushing weight of doom. It is a journey through collapse and transcendence, where every note feels like a flicker of light in the ruins of tomorrow.
