Originally released by Defiled Records in 1998, "Evanescent, Everfading" was the debut album of Finland based act Fall Of The Leafe. During the first years since their inception in 1996, FotL found their own way of playing black/death metal with folk influences based on guitarist Jussi Hänninen harmonies and Jani Lindström vocals.

The band entered legendary Tico-Tico studios in 1997 to record their first full length and from the Maidenesque opener "The Celestial Keeper" to the closing "Evanescent, Everfading", FotL delivers a 40 minutes unique masterclass of melodic death metal with black feels to take the listener on a journey to enjoy the sweet taste of 90s. Did you say Amorphis or Insomnium? It would be fair saying Fotl set the stage for them.

The disciples of pestilence are back with what is without a doubt their darker and most tortured offering yet. Songe d’une Nuit Souillée sees Délétère plunge into a never-ending pit of putrefaction, blasphemy and perversion. Musically, the outfit has hardened its tone to pummel listeners with a very dense breed of Black Metal, supported by hard-hitting drums, heavier than ever guitars, sinister choirs and, of course, Thorleif’s commanding voice. After exploring universes more akin to drone or harsh ambient, Zifond ventures back into the Atmospheric Black Metal spheres that earned him his reputation during the band's Sepulchral Productions quadrilogy from 2010 to 2016. Neige et Noirceur hasn't aged a day, and fans will instantly recognize the ice-cold riffs draped in symphonic keyboards that have always made it so unique!

"Màrtirs" is a profound, heartfelt homage to the peoples oppressed by war, Western exploitation, and the universal human barbarism.
