Their unique hollow sound coupled with their amalgamation of pagan themes and black metal gave them a certain level of profundity, and it is the complete lack of this profundity which ruins their latest record, Kalivägi.

Furia, a post black metal influence act out of Poland. Very refreshing sound, and a good blend of black metal, dark ambient, and sometimes folkish interludes. Not normally my cup of tea but these guys seemingly do experimental well and still keep it interesting. It says the lyrics are depressive and misanthropic but I am not sure as it is all written in Polish language. Never the less I think fans of more innovative acts that stem closely to the black metal sound will enjoy this thoroughly.
