By command of the Hermetic Order of Ytene, "Nova Nativitas Mundi" is a majestic, soaring and Diabolical Black Metal space opera in 3 acts. In Act 1 the listener follows the journey of the royal alchemist, Myrddin, as he is appointed his holy mission to, one way or another, set the ball rolling on the formation of a new Galactic Imperium in the name of the king. The King has long viewed the distant astral bodies as a means to connect with divinity, and now after communion with what he perceives to be Jesus Christ, he sees it as his destiny to reach them and become a godlike figure himself. In Act 1 Myrddin develops his unholy formula to propel man to the stars and reach the neutron star that the king perceives to be his portal to divinity. In Act 2 the listener follows Myrddin and his crew to the stars, where they reach the neutron star to find only that it is no such thing. The crew is sucked into a wormhole and greeted not by divinity, but by Satan himself. It was he that visited the king that fateful night, A diabolical trick by the prince of darkness to tempt the once holy men into the construction of a new Galactic Imperium, but not in the name of a divine god king, but in the name of dark and powerful entities. In Act 3 the listener follows the crew as they undergo this iniquitous task, by first constructing a cosmic temple to Satan, where worship and sacrifice will replace life on earth with the rule of galactic satanic worship and eventually the formation of the final Galactic Imperium.

By now, GRAFVITNIR require no introduction. Since their fiery birth in 2007 and successive NâHásh debut album in 2009, this still-mysterious Swedish formation have dependably - and provocatively - stoked the fires of ancient black metal, becoming veritable royalty by the end of the decade. From that fiery beginning, GRAFVITNIR's aesthetic has been firm and unyielding: exquisitely and restlessly melodic, its sulfurous fire paradoxically as cryogenic as it comes, medieval in atmosphere and literally bewitching in feel and fury. To suggest that the band harken back to a time when Dissection sired countless clones - but, crucially, each one of them as satisfying and significant as the next - is to underline the gravitas of GRAFVITNIR's particular vision of black metal: a steadfast and enduring classicism that's timeless then, now, and forever into the future.
And so it goes with GRAFVITNIR's ninth album, Into the Outer Wilderness. No compromise, no quarter: this is GRAFVITNIR further distilled into 43 minutes of menace and majesty. But the title Into the Outer Wilderness is telling, as the duo here evoke that sensation of plunging into a clandestine world of witchcraft and sacred rites, spun into a delirium through somehow shimmering and even sparkling melodicism. And yet, for however organic their productions have always sounded - rough and raw, sure, but most importantly, human - there's conspicuously more grit here on Into the Outer Wilderness as well as clarity, making for a unique entry into GRAFVITNIR's nigh-untouchable catalog. Elsewhere, it's righteously ripping songwriting as only these Swedes can deliver, entrancing and enervating as ever; there is only one GRAFVITNIR then, now, and especially forever. Venture forth Into the Outer Wilderness!

After releasing three albums in three years and then spending the next four in the wilderness, Tomb Mold has been reborn on fourth album The Enduring Spirit, a thoroughly unabashed step into vast new territories. Yet for all its frenetic daring and audacious exploration, it is never anything other than unmistakably Tomb Mold.
While the expanding Tomb Mold architecture could be heard on last year’s self-released Aperture Of Body tape, it comes into clear focus throughout The Enduring Spirit. Certainly Derrick Vella’s time creating within and expanding the doom genre in Dream Unending has seeped into the flesh of Tomb Mold, not to mention Payson Power and Max Klebanoff’s explorations in their own Daydream Plus project.
With album opener “The Perfect Memory (Phantasm of Aura)” the band’s angular dimension shifting riffing appears right out of the gate as the track travels through varying degrees of progressive death metal and some of the band’s most extreme material yet. “Will Of Whispers” enters with a jazz-like fantasy sequence before careening into a blinding white light barrage, tasteful guitar leads and back to a dreamy serpentine pattern, encompassing whole universes in its nearly seven minute run-time.
6 Tracks of raw black metal in the vein of Satanic Warmaster, Horna, Baptism and Sargeist.

Ikarie is a newborn band formed by experienced musicians from the Mediterranean coast of Spain. They describe themselves as a band developing “the concept we call cosmic existentialism, which is about our freedom and responsibility as a rational species, aware of its insignificant, terrifying and astonishing existence in the universe”.
Cuerpos En Sombra is the first album by Ikarie, a post-metal opus in the vein of Cult Of Luna and Year Of No Light, “a legend of ghosts, of those who emerge from the deepest wounds of the soul. Installed in their universe of silent and silenced scars, inspired by the desert and sea landscapes of the Spanish Levant where we grew up, it delves into the theme of the human being from its limits, where it almost ceases to be, in a world where perhaps it is not allowed to be”.
The album deals with “what happens and doesn't happen when we become an unproductive and annoying absence, showing a series of desolate places and characters as if they had come out of the collective imaginary of the uncomfortable, painful and demented”.
Cuerpos En Sombra is the first chapter of a trilogy in which Ikarie intend to denounce the stigma of being different, the lack of resources in everything related to mental illness and the pathologization of people with problems which are mainly structural.

The earliest beginnings, if you will. All in all you get 40:44 min of Eldamar material that was never before available on vinyl. An absolute must have for fans of the project!

Following the incredible success of the debut, the second full length, entitled ”Militant, Penitent, Triumphant”, builds on this rock solid foundation. It showcases the unique sound and song structures that so many people appreciated about “Six Voices Inside”, thus making it instantly recognizable as none other than Faidra. To keep that typical sound and atmosphere was indeed a very conscious decision. The familiar structures, ambient synth sounds and slow tempos from the first album are present and continue that tradition, while also including occasional new elements and influences.
The work on this new album started almost immediately after the release of the debut album, knowing that it would take a long time to complete because of rather limited free time. The project was worked on from time to time during almost three years without a consistent work flow, where sometimes months passed by without a single note recorded.
Where the debut tackled a lot of different subjects, the new album has a very specific theme running through almost every track. The larger concept handles the themes of sin, penitence and redemption; also mirroring the title of the album, which are the three states of the Catholic church.

Swedish black metal legends CRAFT reissue their long out of print, landmark debut album 'Total Soul Rape'.
A cornerstone of the Swedish black metal scene,'Total Soul Rape' is a bold and brazen collection of 9 tracks that established CRAFT as one of the angriest and most nihilistic entities in black metal. Tracks like "Death To Planet Earth", "Ultimate Satan", and the album's ferocious title track are the blueprint for how extreme underground black metal should sound; with memorable riffs, chaotic drumming, and some of the most misanthropic vocals of all time.
A wholly unrelenting black metal classic, 'Total Soul Rape' is a manifesto of absolute negativity that introduced CRAFT as unrivaled in their quest to be the most pessimistic, unforgiving, and aggressive band in metal.
