After over 16 years of existence, Vordr should be known to most underground fanatics and has over the years gathered quite the following. With four albums and no less than thirteen other various outputs, most of these self-titled, the band is now back with a new album, aptly entitled "Vordr". 15 tracks of pure, riff based BLACK METAL.

In Norse mythology, a vörðr ("warden," "watcher" or "caretaker") is a warden spirit, believed to follow from birth to death the soul (hugr) of every person.

Debut digital recording for Spain's cryptic collective Black Earth that continues the path laid down by 2014's well received "A Cryptic Howl of Morbid Truth" cassette (Graceless Recordings). "Diagrams of a Hidden Order" presents us with three tracks showcasing their turbulent strain of blackened noise, that stretches the boundaries of black metal, death metal and dark ambient respectively, thus amplifying these genres into darker territory few have explored. Within the turbulence of chaos and bleakness, there exists fleeting form and (un)structure that is shattered and rebuilt over and over again; measured percussion, whispered incantations, and sudden outbursts of unseen violence. Mayhem need no introduction. Formed in 2010 by famed American black metal musician Jeff Wilson (formerly of Abigail Williams, Wolvhammer, and Nachtmystium) and drummer Bob Fouts (formerly of The Gates of Slumber and Apostle of Solitude), the group released a self-titled post-black metal EP in 2012 before going totally silent. It was unfortunate as the EP was quite good, eschewing the style’s typical melodrama in favor of grounded riffs that recalled a more understated version of An Autumn for Crippled Children. Seven years later, the band has recruited vocalist James Benson (Amiensus) for their long-awaited full-length debut, A Grief Observed
