"North" is a special chapter for Sorcier Des Glaces. Having been composed and partially recorded at the same time as "Snowland MMXII" and "Ritual of the End", this chapter was experimented with a much more powerful and cleaner production.
Some moments of very fast blast beats, others calmer and more atmospheric, North is like a journey beyond the black glaciers, on a northern restless sea filled with human souls that have been banished from this world long ago.
The song "North" was written in 1995, and was originally intended for the former band Moonlyght, of which both members of Sorcier Des Glaces were members.

Classic brooding riffs, malignant atmospheres, primordial blastbeats and deathly guttural vocals are the hallmarks of ARCHGOAT's black art and "The Light-Devouring Darkness" is a monument to their unending vitriol and malice. Pungent as the stench of rotting flesh and supercharged with vitriol, this album exudes the reek of authentic, uncontrolled Satanic decadence.
A collaborative album between the master of dark ambient and legendary Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo!
Servant are set to release their fourth studio album, Lux Ex Inferis, in October via AOP Records. Expanding on their established style, the new record merges epic structures and haunting melodies, creating a multi-layered sonic landscape where passion meets grandeur.
Balancing tradition and progression, Servant deliver a sound that feels both familiar and forward-thinking—uncompromising, powerful, and darkly captivating.
FIRTAN's new album Helios charts the brutal path to enlightenment: Not as escape, but as conquest. Named after the sun itself, the album explores what it means to become the strongest, clearest version of oneself in a world engineered for distraction and decay.
Helios fuses the raw, atmospheric ferocity of black metal with the crushing weight of death metal, a mirror to the album's core theme: clarity forged through struggle.
Mediabook CD with 16-page booklet and 2 bonus tracks.

Evocative acoustic and electric violin melodies weave through the compositions, creating tension and complexity with their melancholic and experimental tones. This enhances the band's intricate riffing and unexpected musical shifts. The incorporation of acoustic instruments, ritualistic chants and analogue synthesizers adds layers of depth and atmosphere.
Paara dwells in the darkest corners of the North, born out of a necessity to give form to the entities of the old world. They are the bleak shadows whispering in the winds that sweepover the fells, the thousands of lakes, the vast forests of the land called Finland. The incantation conceived some 15 years ago has grown into an inconceivable freak of nature: brutal yet beautiful, black as hell, yet as comforting as the frozen tundra. While records of Paara date back to the 1800s, the most credible modern manifestations are the albums "Yön olevainen puoli" (2015) and "Riitti" (2018).Around 2019, rumors claimed Paara had disappeared, but the truth was far from it. The conjured entity was merely gathering strength—walking the desolate wilderness, drawing
inspiration from the nightside of Northern darkness, and seeking the roots of our ancestors in the deepest valleys and pits. As surely as rivers flow from the mountains, Paara now returns with an unseen force. 2026 marks the arrival of "Laulut tulen ja jään", the latest manifestation of this demonic creature.
The sound of "Laulut Tulen Ja Jään" is once again emotional atmospheric black metal with melancholic folk melodies, where moments of calm morph into raging black-metal storms. For the third time sung entirely in Finnish, the lyrics draw on myths and folklore: tales of Finnish poltergeists, creatures and the darkest ages of centuries past.
