Otyg’s debut full length “Älvefärd” sits at the quiet edge of Metal, where Folk, atmosphere, and melody matter more than weight.

“Älvefärd” is built on restraint and feeling.  Clean vocals, violin, mouth harp, sparse guitars, and songs that flow naturally rather than force themselves forward. “Älvefärd” is not an album about brutality or speed.  It lives in mood, tradition, and sincerity. Vintersorg and Cia carry the music with strong, passionate vocal performances, grounded in a distinctly Scandinavian tone that feels honest and unpolished.  Simple arrangements, but never empty.  Every note serves the song.

Remastered in 2025, this re issue enhances the clarity without stripping away the warmth and calm that define the record.
