Even fourteen albums into their storied career, the quartet have never ever delivered a weak album and never wavered from their path of utter blasphemy and misanthropic contempt. Now, the band are re-visiting various much sought-after titles from their vast catalogue. “Wormwood” (2009) now returned on vinyl and CD. While going through possible extras for the “Wormwood” album, the band discovered a fully mastered track called “Shadow Comes”, which was supposed to be a bonus track but remained unused. The album has been mastered for vinyl by Patrick W. Engel comes on 180 gram vinyl in a Gatefold sleeve and will also include a 16-page LP booklet. The CDs will be released as a limited jewelcase.

“La Grande Danse Macabre” album (2001), which presents a more varied and darker approach compared to the Swedish black metal titans' usual blastbeat-driven full on assault. Created in close cooperation with the band, this re-release features remastered sound (done by bassist Devo Andersson), detailed liner notes, unpublished photos, revamped artwork by Death Wolf vocalist Maelstrom and bonus material on the CD version: a cover version of “Samhain” (originally by pre-DANZIG punk outfit SAMHAIN) and all three tracks from the “Obedience” EP (2000). Expect nothing but perfect extreme black metal pleasure!

“World Funeral” album (2003), which marked the last opus with singer Legion and to the very day remains a flawless, hateful yet varied Swedish black metal attack. Created in close cooperation with the band, this re-release features remastered sound (done by bassist Devo Andersson), detailed liner notes, unpublished photos, revamped artwork by Death Wolf vocalist Maelstrom and bonus material on the CD version: a cover version of Possessed's “Phantasm” plus an entirely unreleased rehearsal from 2002 spanning many of the album tracks. Almost 78 minutes of black metal annihilation!

This killer live recording was recorded in France during "The World Panzer Battle Tour". Originally released via Regain Records, this killer Marduk live show is finally made available again on Back On Black.

Originally released as a picture disc only “Totentanz” is re-issued via Back On Black on all formats. Totentanz (Dance Of The Dead) was recorded live on December 12th, Essen Germania 2001.

 Where Marduk fired the arrow and hit the bullseye in terms of war-themed releases was this little 3 track release called Iron Dawn. In three tracks, Marduk sets its sights on sonically delivering the chaotic brutality of war, and executes to such a degree of perfection that you can't help but listen to the EP on repeat. It is amazing as much as it is haunting.
