In 2006 hard hitting industrial titans Aborym -Official- released their 4th album GENERATOR, follow-up of the critically acclaimed "With No Human Intervention" album. GENERATOR saw the band delve deeper into sonic insanity, pushing further the boundaries of a unique hybrid of a genre they have set for themselves. ABORYM blend the speed and ferocity of Black / Death Metal with otherworldy electronics to upmost perfection, and with this misfit they have succeeded in establishing a new landmark and new standards in extreme metal.
GENERATOR marked the permanent arrival of previous co-worker Bard G. Eithun (Emperor,Blood Tsunami, Thorns) on drums and Preben (Mysticum, Amok) on vocals. This album also marked Attila Csihar's last performance with the band on the track "Man Bites God".

Now, 8 years after its initial CD release on Season of Mist , this post apocalyptic masterpiece is finally released on vinyl through Dead Seed Productions. This new edition comes as a noble 180g vinyl housed in a deluxe hardcover gatefold cover, and includes an A1 full colour poster.

Some things are just supposed to happen. Avantgarde Music and Abysmal Grief have been on this earth for almost three decades, dealing with the dark and obscure, and only miles apart. Yet, they never worked together. Until now.

Despise The Living, Desecrate The Dead is a compilation of “outtakes, oddities and unused material from the period 2016-2021” marking the beginning of the cooperation between the record label from Milan and the long-standing occult metal band from Genoa. In the words of guitarist Regen Graves, Despise The Living… contains “songs recorded and mixed in our studio along the last few years, with different line-ups, that for a number of reasons were never included in previous releases”. Among these are covers of obscure, dark Italian bands of old, a doom metal rework of a funeral march from the ‘50s, and of course a number of new Abysmal Grief songs.

Haunting and tortured melodies echo through the ruins of a mausoleum, before erupting into heathenistic majesty.
Each track summons bygone eras with the guitars dominating the realm with flowing and triumphant riffs that inspire a sense of longing trapped within the madness.

Seven years without a new studio album by long-running Swedish black metal act DARK FUNERAL was a tough time for its worldwide legions of fans, but finally in 2016, two decades after the release of the band's legendary debut album “The Secrets Of The Black Arts” a new aeon is about to begin. And, DARK FUNERAL's sixth studio album, “Where Shadows Forever Reign”, produced by Daniel Bergstrand (In Flames, Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth), actually refers back to the aforementioned first album in several ways: Firstly, it proudly comes along with stunning artwork by Necrolord (Dissection, Necrophobic, Emperor) just like “The Secrets…” back in ‘96, secondly, it also marks a debut of sorts as it is the first DARK FUNERAL opus with new vocalist Heljarmadr (Grá). Alongside contemporaries Dissection and Marduk, DARK FUNERAL are among the most important Swedish black metal bands ever. In fact, when one merely mentions the phrase “Swedish black metal,” thoughts immediately turn to their name: since their formation in 1993, DARK FUNERAL quickly came to define the shocking sound of cryogenic melody and cruelly blasting fury. Though their six albums to date have been patiently parceled out over a considerable amount of time, their works endure to this day and have influenced countless bands over the past 20 years.

Originally released in the autumn of 2005, of DARK FUNERAL's fourth album, Attera Totus Sanctus, was arguably the band's fastest and fiercest record ever – which is all the more remarkable given the band's longevity to that point. Where most bands soften or slow down as they get older – or break up, respectably, before ruining their good name – DARK FUNERAL proved that age is just a number and made their razor-sharp yet always-melodic sound that much more nuclear-powered. At long last, OSMOSE will do DARK FUNERAL's back catalog justice with the first of many reissues. This version of Attera Totus Sanctus will faithfully reproduce the original, now finally available on vinyl for the first time in nearly a decade.
