”Den Förstfödde” is Arckanum’s 9th studio album after 25 years of existence.
The album ”Den Förstfödde” is a dedication to Loki’s and Gullveig’s firstborn, Jörmungandr.
The songs are invocations, prayers and magical formulas, and they are designed to enkindle the black flames of Thursian Powers, its followers and Ragnarök. “Blow your venom and stretch your wings oh Mighty Dragon!”

Sagas and myths culled from J.R.R. Tolkien`s vast universe are the black blood that courses through SUMMONING`s veins, and With Doom We Come the ultimate soundtrack to a fantastic journey!
Ever since the release of their debut album Lugburz (1995) SUMMONING have proven themselves to be the true guardians of Middle Earth! What started out as a project deeply rooted in traditional black metal took an epic turn in the following years – evergreens like Dol Guldur (1996) and Let Mortal Heroes Sing Your Fame (2001) bear witness to a continuously refined soundscape. Five years after Old Mornings Dawn, Protector and Silenius have turned over a new leaf in their bottomless saga. Over eight tracks, With Doom We Come indulges all things sublime and majestic, while grandiose keyboard backgrounds and mystical intros weave pure atmosphere contrasting with raw black metal. Opener ‘Tar-Calion‘ is a fitting ode to the last king of the island of Númenor, while ‘Carcharoth‘ tells the bloodthirsty tale of Arda`s mightiest wolf. Sagas and myths culled from J.R.R. Tolkien`s vast universe are the black blood that courses through SUMMONING`s veins, and With Doom We Come the ultimate soundtrack to a fantastic journey!
Carrying the banner of RAW 80s' thrash high and proud, Spain's undisputed rulers of axe thrash metal return with their third strike. Leaving no neck unharmed in its wake, Metal Fist Destroyer is as subtle as a bazooka up your ass. If you worship at the altar of Blood Fire Death, Obsessed By Cruelty, War And Pain, Seven Churches and the likes you don't want to miss this filthy beast.
Pressed on 180g black vinyl, this is the first official release of recordings of the classic Mayhem line-up performing in Jessheim, Norway in 1990.
Live in Jessheim concludes Peaceville’s series of the legendary band's four recorded shows. Featuring the line-up of Euronymous, Dead, Hellhammer and Necrobutcher, this is one of only a handful of recordings featuring the Norwegian Black Metal quartet during arguably their most influential period, as they forged a truly unique sound (prior to going on to almost single-handedly inspire a whole scene).
This green vinyl edition of Live in Jessheim features audio taken from a new source. The release includes an 8 page booklet containing rare photos, extensive interviews with figures such as Snorre Ruch (Thorns, ex-Mayhem) and Maniac (ex-Mayhem), plus information on the events surrounding the show (which took place on 03/02/1990 and featured timeless Mayhem tracks, including Deathcrush, Funeral Fog and Freezing Moon).

For nearly 20 years now, this Chilean cult has built a commanding canon of eldritch death metal DARKNESS. From their early demos to later splits and especially their preceding three full-lengths - not least of which, 2014's critically acclaimed Baphomet Pan Shub-Niggurath -
Limited edition! 100 Copies, Black & White Marble.
OCULUS was spawned from the mind of Nero and then perfected by the minds of both Kozeljnik and Bornyhake. Both esteemed musicians prior have played in The Stone, Borgne, Deathrow, Enoid, and Ophidian Coil. Bornyhake contributed drums, bass, and keyboard samples while Kozeljnik contributed lyrics and vocals. The band was meant to illustrate their idea of what black metal was to them and the darkness within, as well as anti-Christian themes.
Split LP with Malum (fin) & Insane Vesper (fra), released on gatefold LP, limited edition 500 units, black vinyl!
Reissue of long sold out Barghest demo cassette, "Alsæla Gegnum Endurfæðingu" comes now as single side vinyl with laser etching on side B
The music creates a suffocating atmosphere of black doom, distorted, sometimes ponderous in its pacing, and crafted around bleak melodies. Interestingly, as in the case of Svartidauði, the bass often plays a prominent role in the music, and there’s some interesting black-prog guitar noise to accompany the skittering tremolo melody in the EP’s long second track, which is my favorite. The title track is also quite dynamic, with dramatic changes in pace and intensity and more of that creative guitar dissonance.
Demo I' originally released on CS in 2012 by Ilmestys.
'Demo II' originally released on CS in 2015 by Fallow Field.
Ilmestys "Demo I" brings a breath of fresh air to the raw black metal scene. This tape is absolutely insane! Get on this. "Total fucking whirlwind of chaos on a demo not to be slept on. Driving riffs, incredible drumming, and masterful riffs encircle you in despair and supernatural anxiety."
